It has begun.

I had a great workout today. Distraction and other things have stressed me out a little lately and I’ve been off track…40 mins of cardio and a shoulder, back and bicep weight session have totally kicked my ass and I’m loving it. We’ll see how I feel tomorrow. I’m planning on at least 30 mins of cardio a day every day and alternating days I’ll work on different sections of my bod. It’s AWESOME that the gym is at work, and makes it easy for me to go. I kind of felt like a wuss because I had to take …
