I’m having a problem with nutrition.
I thought that because I’m restricting myself to 1800 calories a day (Protein/veggies/small amount of complex carbs), sped up my metabolism (I eat roughly 200 calories every 2 hours, more at mealtime), training with weights and doing 30 minutes of HEAVY cardio a day I’m doing everything I can to contribute to being in good shape…and I think I’m in decent shape…but I’m not in great shape.
I’d really like to take ‘it’ to the next level and thinking I may need a nutritionist to help guide me.
