I had a great workout today.
Distraction and other things have stressed me out a little lately and I’ve been off track…40 mins of cardio and a shoulder, back and bicep weight session have totally kicked my ass and I’m loving it. We’ll see how I feel tomorrow. I’m planning on at least 30 mins of cardio a day every day and alternating days I’ll work on different sections of my bod. It’s AWESOME that the gym is at work, and makes it easy for me to go.
I kind of felt like a wuss because I had to take a few breaks during that 45 mins of cardio. That’s kind of ok with me because I’m just starting again after SO long…soon I’ll be fine and even need to raise the intensity level. I’ll be much fitter and I’ll have a better shape for sure…honestly I’m looking forward being able to see the weight loss in my face and neck. I feel like a frog at the moment but after 25-30lbs drop off me I’ll probably feel better. Over the last 2 months I’ve been modifying my diet, when I eat, and been drinking diet soda and I’m about 10lbs lighter, which surprised me. I hadn’t been on a scale in that amount of time and to see 225 was inspiring. 195lbs would be awesome and I would be happy…but I’d love to get down to 180-185.
So, I’ll keep you updated.
