Sometimes it’s hard to realize a good thing when it’s right in front of you.

You end up taking things for granted and don’t fully appreciate the good things you’re lucky enough to have and that includes friends, health, and love.

While each one of those situations isn’t perfect I know it could always be worse. We’re all human so I guess that’s something we all have in common. There have been times in my life where I’ve seen things as I’ve WANTED to see them and not how they really are…and I’ve lost things that were very important to me because of that. So, I’m trying to see all that I’m blessed with and take comfort that while things might not always be sunshine and roses that I’m a pretty lucky person.

So maybe luck is on my side? Only time will tell…and for what it’s worth I think it’s possible to create luck by doing what you know it right.
