Red Dead Redemption 2
Instead of choosing the open world I was interested in, I decided to play the single player campaign.

For a while I’ve been wanting to try my hand at astrophotography. I had a decent wide angle lens for my Canon 60D, the Rokinon 14mm aspherical lens, and my wife gave me the “ok” to relinquish Dad duties for the evening and I jumped. Light pollution is a problem for most people trying to capture the Milky Way so I decided to tackle that problem first. Knowing we’d found a spot, Jim and I headed for a state park outside of Montpelier VT., which is about 3 hours from where I am 95% of the time. We found a perfect …
If you’ve never seen “Be Kind Rewind,” the oddly charming yet starkly barren comedy from 2008, go see it (or check the meme) and you’ll know what this post refers to. It’s really an entertaining film and you will probably not be sorry you spent a paltry 100 minutes you dedicated to it. Now that we’ve got THAT out of the way check out the awesome Sweded version of NCAA highlights. The station didn’t have the rights to the actual highlights, so they gave us the next best thing. Believe it or not, the commentary was helpful! Check it: Cheers!
I’ve never been a huge fan of impersonators but this clip really shows the talent of Frank Calliendo. The Shefter, Jaworski, and Gruden impersonations are killer! Enjoy! Oh, and the Super Bowl? I don’t really care because my Patriots aren’t in the contest. But to be honest, I’d hate to see Peyton Manning win another. Cheers!
The Art of Haiku, Senryū and Photography Haiku is a form of Japanese poetry that stresses that the author be frugal and very selective in word choice. Traditionally western Haiku and Senryū consist of 3 lines of poetry made of syllabic counts of 5, 7, and 5. Traditional Japanese Haiku requires the use of a Kireji and a Kigo to be considered true to the form. Kireji is a form of verbalized punctuation and since I don’t speak Japanese googling WAV’s and videos resulted nothing, you’re out of luck for an example here and there is no equivalent in other …
Camera stabilizers ,especially the Freefly Movi, are very expensive, so I’m going the “organic” route on this one. I’ll have to get in touch with Beth.
Logitech G710+ : The Review I would like to start off by thanking the Logitech Insiders group for allowing me to participate! It’s been great fun and I hope to continue reviewing their gear! A few weeks ago I received an amazingly heavy duty pelican hard case on my stoop. Thankfully it had wheels, and a convenient extending handle so I was able to get it inside without too much difficulty. I quickly shed my coat, keys, and shoes and propped this large case onto the kitchen table to be opened. This was quite the case! It had quad clamping …

The guys who put this together, counter656, is apparently from China and I don’t know much about them beside the fact that they know how to do amazing stop motion photography. They’ve also integrated some Adobe After Effects into the film as well, which adds a nice touch. Cheers, and Happy Friday
While this clip ISN’T from an upcoming movie (that I know of), it’s proof that you can produce a believable Wonder Woman character on the big screen. There have been quite a few attempts at creating a decent Wonder Woman, whether for big screen or small, that have failed miserably. Why have so many professionals stumbled when it comes to our beloved Diana Prince? She’s one of the oldest and most revered characters in comic-dom, but no one can seem to get it right. Bleeding cool uncovered a casting call for a character that sounds like she could only be …
