I’ve just scheduled an appointment for tomorrow to talk to my Dr. about this treatment. The side effects are really disrupting my life and I’m not seeing an appreciable change. I’m lethargic and completely drained of energy. I feel nauseous constantly…UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MiH
This past weekend was the 4th of July and it was a busy few days. I wasn’t able to finagle the small boat excursion to view the fireworks in Boston harbor but we did end up going to Fort Devens and the fireworks there were pretty nice. I’ve been ‘cold’ sick for the past week or so and on top of the medication it’s been a really pain for me, so it’s put a damper on everything. Work has been stressful for me as well. We’re having issues with one of our vendors and it’s being left up to me …
I’m feeling worse taking these medications that I did dealing with the original cause. I can’t work out…I’m constantly fatigued, I’m experiencing other side effects that I won’t go into here…it’s a total pain in the ass. Perhaps there are alternatives…I’m not sure. Anything has to be better than this. Fuck. MiH

Tonight is the first of the 3 Pearl Jam concerts I’m attending over the weekend. I really can’t do justice describing a Pearl Jam concert. These guys have been around for 17 or so years so the majority, if not all, of the fans have have been to a Pearl Jam show before. I’ve got 3 Pearl Jam concerts in the next 5 days! Friday is the Hartford show! Fortunately it’s kind of a half day at work so the PJ festivities will start early! It’s a bit of a drive to Hartford but J knows her way and it’s going to be a BLAST! I guess this venue in Hartford is much like Great Woods in that it’s a covered outdoor amphitheater, which is the best way to see PJ in my opinion. Saturday is the first Great Woods show and Alex and I are going together. J is going with a friend …

It’s finally time again…the weekly ingestion of my prescriptive therapy. I’m not feeling to great at the moment to be honest…definitely out of sorts. I feel this way for a couple of days after taking the Methotrexate but if it helps then so be it…but I can tell that it’s there, in my system. I feel the need to lay down and nap all day…the more sleep I get the less I’ll feel this way.
