It seems like yesterday I made a post…but apparently that was almost 2 weeks ago! Anyhoo, I’ve been really busy lately.  We just got back from a road trip-vacation to Virginia.  If you follow me on Facebook you’ve already seen the photos, for those of you NOT on FB I’ll post a few of them here.  We had a BLAST!  I was born in and lived in Virginia until I was 10, but I’ve been back many, many times as I still have immediate and extended family there.  There are Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Sisters, Brothers, Nephews and Nieces…lot’s of people …

I’m heading home to Virginia tomorrow morning! While Jean and I have been on plenty of trips together, tomorrow’s trip is a bit different. We’re going to be driving down to Va., which means 10-12 hours cooped up in the car. Should be FUN! I’m really into the Crash Kings today… Think…Ben Folds Five and Incubus have a sarcastic baby with major jam skills. Their album was only $7.99 on iTunes and it very well could be the best 8 bucks I’ve spent recently.  After listening to the deftly played “Mountain Man” I kept waiting for the mediocre songs, but alas, every song on this LP is worth the 4 minutes it takes to get through it. I’m professionally frustrated and I’m not sure what to do about it.  So consider this my “bitch” session because I’m not sure where else to vent these frustrations.
