Back in the routine.
I’m getting back into the daily workout routine. I’ve tightened up on the caloric intake and hit the weights again as well. It’ll be interesting to see how long I can maintain that schedule, it only took me 1.5 months to burn out and hit that wall. I’ve reconstituted my will and I’m going to attack this head on again. Laurie keeps telling me I need to see a nutritionist and a trainer, she thinks I need that to get to the next level and she may be right. I’m going to give it one more shot on my own. …
