My day was productive despite the super long meeting so I need to burn off some energy…which I’m about to do.
I’ve gone up 2 intensity levels and it’s been kicking my ass for the past two days and I’m hoping today is the day it becomes a bit easier due to familiarity. I must sweat a gallon’s worth when I work out and while it’s that much sweat can be gross, it’s a nice barometer of how my work out went.
I’ve got plenty of motivation to continue working out hard. I’m not in the shape I want to be in yet and I’m so very close so I can’t stop now. I want to be in the best shape possible for the rest of my life because if people are going to count on me I’ve got to make sure I’m available and able, which this course will help me to be. I’ve been really happy for the past week, and that’s directly attributable to the people in my life and I want to make sure I’m the best I can be for them…and this is a small part of that.
